Plasma systems for production

Plasma systems for production are designed and build for continuous operation (24/7) and for production runs with large batches, the control is by SPS.
The industrial PC serves as maintenance of the process, visualization of the process diagram, storing recipes, and protocols for quality assurance and documentation.
The standard plasma systems range PlasmaActive are primarily used for preparation steps such as precleaning, activation and structuring of surfaces.
Anti-fog coatings and low friction coatings are also possible with these systems.
Ease of loading of the chamber with the components and their removal is achieved via a sliding door. The chamber volume of the standard plasma systems can be from 55 liters and up to 8200 liters.
